In the off-season we try to keep viewings on Sunday afternoons, however in the summer we are usually occupied with weddings on the weekend, so other days will be made available.

In the off-season, you should expect to "Bring Your Imagination":

During the winter months we are not an operating business, and most of what you see on the website is not available for viewing. (eg: no tipi, no tent, no bar and of course, no gardens)

As we are a natural environment and at a significant elevation, many times in the winter we are covered with snow and/or have a wet, possibly muddy grounds.

As well, we use our extra spaces, such as the bunkhouse, dance building, and spare rooms to store & over-winter the many items/accessories associated with our summer activities. In other words, do not anticipate that it will look anything like the website; a viewing in winter will only help you see the relative position and scale of things.

If you are viewing for a wedding more than a year in advance, we strongly suggest you view in late April -- when the grounds will look somewhat more similar to the summer landscape. Unless you are looking for a very specific date, in which case you may want to view sooner -- as key dates do go fast...

Viewings generally take 40 minutes and are scheduled at one hour intervals…please remember to wear appropriate footwear.

Please arrive AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME or A BIT LATER -- please AVOID ARRIVING EARLY as you may interrupt a previous viewing.
