A beautiful and relaxed outdoor wedding--what every couple
truly wants...
An extended time frame, extra accommodations, Free tenting-a chance make your
wedding a vacation in itself!
3-Day Weekend for up to 150
Friday morning until Sunday evening.
*Exclusive use of the grounds & facilities for rehearsal, wedding,
reception and recreation with a uniquely designed 35'X60' white 'floating'
dining tent, 32'X16' enclosed dance hall, beautiful covered bar, covered and
open-air decks, cantina kitchen, storage/staging area and many scattered loungers
& hammocks.
Extensive Accommodation up to 14* people both Friday &
Saturday
plus unlimited Saturday Tenting
2 private double rooms, and bunkhouse which sleeps 3 couples and
4 singles--including breakfast on Saturday morning, and free guest tenting on
the wedding night ( *Extra guests on Friday $15 each - includes breakfast, billing
of guests to recoup costs is available...ask for details.) Additionally, there
is accommodation available from a neighbouring B&B just steps away.
Wedding Night in the Tipi:
Large white tipi situated by our beautiful old-growth trees on a small private
beach. Glowing with candles, two double futons, minor furnishings and supplies
makes a unique and special first night together.
Iced "Champagne" on the Island Sanctuary
for Bride & Groom:
Row out to our beautiful little island-garden for a quiet moment to relax,
reflect and escape the crowd under the romantic gazebo surrounded by roses and
wildflowers, enjoy a toast to your new life together!
Includes Sound System, Party Lighting and Some Tables:
The magic of the night at Sun Lotus is not to be underestimated, the functional
and artfully placed solar string-lights that highlight the features of the property
will delight your guests as dusk approaches...complemented by fire torches,
the impression is virtually surreal.
Several assorted tables that you may use for any auxiliary purposes
(signing, gifts, kids, cake, appetizers, etc...)
A professional PA system with large speakers, into which you may plug an ipod
/ laptop. A corded microphone is also available.
*2 super-size BBQs & super-size wok, 2 refrigerators, 2 deep freezers,
cantina kitchen, storage/staging area, propane & drinking water.

This is how we attempt to stay that way....
*The ceremony, reception, and accommodation is all here - this
saves everyone from driving from place to place
*We provide fully separated garbage, recycling, and composting
facilities which we take care of during your wedding
*We do not allow the use of small water bottles, but provide
large drinking-water dispensers
*Most of our fairy-lights are solar-powered, and our building-materials
& many supplies are natural & /or reclaimed.
*We are happy to supply you with recycled vases and various
decor items which we re-use
*We can work with you to provide a meal of local and/or organic;
non-processed and/or whole foods
*All communication is via e-mail & our promotion is virtually
paper-free
*We are more than happy to assist you with any green-endeavour
you propose
*We clearly demonstrate that creativity can curb consumerism
